This Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by Rabindramukta Academy Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), including educational consultancy, application assistance, and related services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Cancellation Eligibility

You may cancel your request for our services under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 Days: Cancellations are permitted within 7 calendar days from the date of payment or service agreement, provided no significant services (e.g., application submission or consultation sessions) have been rendered.
  • Prior to Service Commencement: If you cancel before we begin processing your application or providing consultancy services.

Cancellations are not permitted in the following cases:

  • After significant services have been rendered, such as submission of applications to universities or completion of consultation sessions.
  • If third-party fees (e.g., university application fees) have been paid on your behalf.
  • After the 7-day cancellation period has expired, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation Process

To cancel your service, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a written cancellation request via email to support@rabindramuktaacademy.com.
  • Include your full name, contact details, payment receipt, and the reason for cancellation.
  • Ensure the request is submitted within the 7-day cancellation period or before service commencement.

We will acknowledge your cancellation request within 2 business days and process it within 7 business days. If eligible, any applicable refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

4. Cancellation Fees

Depending on the stage of service delivery, cancellation may incur the following:

  • Administrative Fees: A nominal fee may be charged to cover administrative costs, as outlined at the time of service agreement.
  • Non-Refundable Third-Party Fees: Any fees paid to universities, colleges, or other institutions on your behalf are non-refundable.

If no services have been rendered and the cancellation is within the eligible period, no additional fees will be charged beyond those specified in the service agreement.

5. Refunds After Cancellation

6. Termination by Rabindramukta Academy

We reserve the right to terminate your service agreement under the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment of fees as per the agreed terms.
  • Submission of fraudulent or inaccurate information.
  • Failure to provide required documents or cooperation necessary for service delivery.

In such cases, you may not be eligible for a refund, and any outstanding fees may still be due.

7. Disputes

If you disagree with our cancellation decision, you may contact us to discuss your concerns. We will review your case and provide a final decision within 7 business days. All disputes are subject to the laws of India and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
